Your scope will include follow-up and reporting for leasing, housekeeping, payroll, and travel expenses, as well as tax return preparation, general ledger activities, financial reporting, year-end audit support, and assistance with budgets and forecasts. You will also support the integration of newly opened or acquired stores into existing accounting processes. In addition, you will support the in coaching the team and ensure that work is properly allocated and completed accurately and on time. * Monitor these expenses against budget and support the preparation of budgets and management reporting * Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including account analysis, intercompany recharges, and commentary on fluctuations * Support statutory and group reporting for subsidiaries in line with IFRS and local GAAP, including annual accounts and accounting memos
