Guide and support accountants, resellers, and partners in onboarding and activating their SME clients on the platform. * Build long-term relationships with by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly. * Technical & Process-Oriented Support * Support partners and customers in the setup and usage of digital document flows, including invoicing, payments, and administrative workflows. * Support in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams * Translate your partner's requirements into clear use cases and coordinate internally with Product, Implementation, or Technical teams when needed. * Support partners in defining and executing activation initiatives (mailings, newsletters, webinars, demos) in close collaboration with Sales & Business Development.
