As a Customer Success Manager - Partners & SMEs, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers...), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Implementation teams and play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and sustainable growth. * Act as an of the Banqup platforms and related Banqup solutions, supporting in their digital administrative and financial processes. * Build long-term relationships with by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly. * Support in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams * Translate your partner's requirements into clear use cases and coordinate internally with Product, Implementation, or Technical teams when needed.
