As our new Business Analyst, you work closely with business and IT to drive value through the continuous improvement of our products and processes. * The Business Analyst works in adherence to the Ayvens product framework. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and technology-enabled services that help our customers focus on their everyday business. You support product strategy and execution by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with Ayvens product framework and global processes. * Partner with business and stakeholders to understand business problems and define problem statements. * Challenge the business needs to make sure that we go for an efficient solution * Ensure requirements are linked to business and product KPIs, defining or supporting the implementation of tracking mechanisms.
