Stage * Assist and lead the delivery of our Sustainable Global Experience programmes in Belgium, Brussels ensuring a safe, inclusive and enjoyable participant experience. Programme Delivery * Weekly reporting to the on programme delivery; highlighting successes, unresolved issues, learning points or roadblocks. * Flexibility to respond to emergencies during programme delivery at short notice. * Provide guidance and support to all participants before, during and after the programme delivery. * Support and communicate effectively with delivery colleagues ensuring workloads and responsibilities are evenly split across the staff supporting the programme. * Delivery support by one to two other senior colleagues on each programme (depending on the group size) who have delivered the programme previously.
