As an HR Payroll Consultant On-Site, you work for the client, at the client's location every day. To strengthen our Payroll Partners on-site teams in Flanders, we are looking for multiple consultants in the field of payroll processing and HR administration. You act as a to the client and are fully autonomous when it comes to accurate payroll processing, process optimization, and general advice. You have experience with one or more payroll programs and are willing to fully immerse yourself in Partena's tools. As you are the point of contact for your client, HR employees, and all company employees, you speak multiple languages. * You have a degree in social legislation/labor law and Payroll or equivalent by experience. * You have initial experience in a payroll position and want to expand your knowledge and expertise.
