You will inherit a small group of engineers transferring from existing domains and grow it into a cohesive, high-performing group across multiple product teams — including Assortment, Master Data & ERP, Pricing & Promotions, and Commercial Back-office. Together you will prioritize across teams, balance build-vs-buy decisions, and ensure the engineering investment maps tightly to commercial outcomes like use-case coverage, GP per category, and pricing automation.
