Reporting to the EU Maintenance Manager you will take ownership for all stores and office locations across Belgium and Luxemburg and as such you'll work closely with both internal teams and external or vendors therefore strong communication skills are essential, as is fluency in both French and English. * Manage and prioritise preventive and corrective maintenance requests across stores and Head Office, ensuring high‑quality execution through strong planning and organisation. * Perform hands‑on maintenance tasks as needed (painting, drilling, minor carpentry, small repairs). * Demonstrate strong responsiveness by proposing effective solutions and contributing to continuous maintenance improvement initiatives.
