Om die verder te versterken zoeken we een Support Engineer II: de collega bij wie de moeilijkere tickets terechtkomen, die rustig blijft wanneer een escalatie warm wordt en die junioren mee op weg helpt. Als Support Engineer II werk je in de tweede lijn. Je pakt de escalaties op vanuit Support Engineer I en de trainees, en zorgt dat de klant een duidelijk antwoord krijgt in plaats van een doorverwijzing * Coaching van trainees en Support Engineers I. Je kijkt mee, geeft feedback en legt uit waarom iets werkt, niet alleen dat het werkt * Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in IT-support, of je bent doorgegroeid vanuit een eerstelijnsrol en klaar voor de volgende stap
