Als IT User & Infrastructure Support Engineer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle IT-gerelateerde vragen en problemen van onze interne medewerkers. Je combineert een sterke technische kennis van het Microsoft 365-ecosysteem met een klantgerichte aanpak en zorgt dagelijks voor een vlotte en professionele IT-dienstverlening. * Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers bij IT-incidenten en -vragen, zowel ter plaatse als op afstand, en registreert alles nauwkeurig in het ticketingsysteem. * Je verzorgt de onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers op IT-vlak: aanmaken van accounts, toewijzen van toestellen en licenties, en begeleiding bij de opstart. * Ervaring met remote support tools (TeamViewer, Quick Assist) * Embuild * Brussel * Vast contract, onbepaalde tijd * Thuiswerken mogelijk, Voltijds - Introductie - Embuild, dat is ook Embuild Vlaanderen, Embuild .
