The role provides technical and commercial expertise throughout the sales process and ensures the design of effective security solutions aligned with customer needs. * Provide technical support to the sales team during client interactions and solution design. * Manage product portfolios, including ERP data maintenance and sales support tools. * Act as liaison between internal : operations, sales, sales support, finance, and service management. * 2+ years for junior, 3–5 years for medior, and 5+ years for senior profiles. * Understanding of sales (Miller Heiman), project management (Prince2, Agile), and IT service management (ITIL). * Flexible and comfortable in a dynamic sales environment.
