This powerful combination produces polymers that have the capability to outperform today's thermoset composite solutions across a broad set of everyday applications such as wind turbine blades, electric vehicle parts, construction, and anticorrosion coatings.

As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Process Technology Manager is responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products at the site. It supports manufacturing teams in building capability, implementing process improvements, commissioning equipment, and evaluating new technologies to improve product quality, optimize performance, and reduce costs. This role holds end‑to‑end accountability for process performance and process capability within the plant. * Take the lead to set a standard way of working for each technology platform facilitator. * Establish and maintain global operational process standards, including SOPs and process routines. * Lead process optimization initiatives to ensure efficient, stable, and high‑quality production using SPC and data analytics. * Support commissioning of new equipment and technology upgrades.
