As Scrum Master, your role is to enable the team to perform at its best. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions. * Coach and support the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles in a pragmatic and effective way. * Around 5 years of relevant professional experience, with solid experience as a Scrum Master. * Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
