De Operations Manager – B2C draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de end-to-end-coördinatie (proces, kwaliteit, budget, performance management, … ) van alle aspecten aangaande de distributie van de krantenabonnementen. Deze functie valt onder de Operations Director.
