As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Process Technology Manager is responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products at the site. It supports manufacturing teams in building capability, implementing process improvements, commissioning equipment, and evaluating new technologies to improve product quality, optimize performance, and reduce costs.
