As part of the Campus Recruitment team, you willhelp attract, select,interview,hire, andonboardearly-career talent. Leadthe end-to-end recruitment process for interns and recent graduates, acting as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers. Identifyandconnect withhigh-potential talent through recruitment platforms, university partnerships, career fairs, and social media channels. Coordinatecandidate interviews andensureexcellentcandidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Supportthe promotion of internship and entry-level opportunities through employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives. Contributeto recruitment strategy projects and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Experience with recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems is considered an asset.
