The role supports the practice's growth strategy and client service efforts across Europe by developing a deep understanding of the firm's lawyers and clients to drive strategic priorities, including client engagement and relationship building. * Working with practice group chairs, Brussels office leadership, and BD colleagues to ensure close coordination across the region and globally on the practice's strategic priorities * Staying abreast of developments and trends in relevant areas, while developing in-depth knowledge of, and acting as a resource on, lawyer and practice group expertise, the client base, and relevant trade organizations * Providing practice-specific guidance to the firm's New Business Team on pitches and RFPs * Developing and maintaining practice content for the proposal management system and ensuring that all necessary BD materials are up to date
