The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and processes that support the company's business objectives and employee experience. * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals * Act as a strategic to leadership and managers on people-related matters * Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent * Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans * Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers Compliance & Policies * Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures * Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role * Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision, depending on location) * Paid time off, including vacation days, public holidays, and additional leave policies
