Jouw profiel * Je hebt een bachelor diploma richting automatisering – electromechanica * Je hebt kennis van/ervaring in automatisatie en PLC-sturingen (kennis van Beckhoff is een pluspunt) * Je het een goede kennis van PC-hardware en netwerken * Je bent klant- en oplossingsgericht * Je bent vlot drietalig (NL, FR, EN)
Meditech Bvba * Berlare - Solliciteer als één van de eersten - Jouw verantwoordelijkheden * Jij start onze robots 'on site' op bij onze klanten; het grootste deel van onze klanten situeren zich in Frankrijk * Je verzorgt de opleiding bij de klanten en je traint de eindgebruikers in het gebruik van de robot * Je onderhoudt en de herstelt de robots die bij onze klanten zijn geïnstalleerd * Een paar dagen per maand werk je mee op onze afdeling 'Customer Care' en geef je telefonische ondersteuning bij problemen bij onze klanten ('second line support').
