Drive seamless processes for the area of responsibilities (career planning, performance management, organisational review, talent planning, promotion, salary review, exit, etc.) * 3+ years in-house HR administration or operations experience in a start/scale up, preferably with a Tech/SaaS focus * Experience with core People Operations, e.g. recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, employment letters and contracts, HR policies, visa applications, onboarding, off boarding, etc.
