Pour le compte d'un client et pour son bureau de Lasne, nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur Comptable motivé(e) et enthousiaste. Concrètement, vous serez chargé(e) d'assurer la gestion quotidienne du bureau, de garantir la qualité des travaux produits et d'encadrer une de six dynamiques. Vous effectuerez des revues de dossiers approfondies, veillerez au respect des normes et accompagnerez votre dans la gestion de dossiers complexes. Als Team Lead Finance stuur je een team van 6 accounting professionals aan (3 GL Accountants en 3 AP/AR-medewerkers) en combineer je dagelijkse operationele coördinatie met strategische projecten. * Team & leidinggeven: coachen en begeleiden van je team, workloads verdelen en kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren; eerste aanspreekpunt voor complexe vragen. * Projecten & analyses: bijdragen aan ERP-implementaties, budget- en forecastprocessen, integraties, reorganisaties en ad-hoc analyses voor het management.
