Vous disposez d'une expérience de management général d'une entreprise ou d'une business unit avec une activité industrielle. * Le management général d'une entreprise socialement impliquée et reconnue dans son secteur d'activité. D'un tempérament meneur d'hommes, fédérateur et communicatif, vous prenez en charge la gestion journalière de l'ETA (entreprise de travail adapté) , non seulement dans l'ensemble des composants traditionnels d'une fonction de Direction Générale mais également dans la poursuite de la finalité sociale propre à la nature de l'institution, avec une vision entrepreneuriale à long terme. * Vous assurez la présidence et la gestion des organes de concertation sociale (Conseil d'entreprise, CPPT et délégation syndicale) ainsi que les échanges avec la délégation au quotidien. * Vous êtes compétent en gestion budgétaire d'une entreprise ainsi ...
