As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for the end-to-end operational follow-up of logistics processes. You also coordinate pre- and on-carriage transport, so that goods move smoothly through the supply chain. In this role, you are the link between the customer and internal departments such as warehouse, transport and customs. * Managing inbound and outbound logistics flows in the warehouse; * Organising and following up pre- and on-carriage transport; * Administrative processing of logistics files for assigned customers; * Acting as operational contact between customer and internal teams (warehouse, customs, transport, …); Knowledge or background within the logistics sector is a plus;
