Reporting to the of the Developing Countries' business, the role leads the definition and execution of the international sales and marketing strategy for the HARIBO brand. * Define and implement international sales and customer development strategies to achieve volume, value, and distribution targets in line with agreed budgets. * Lead the development and execution of export sales and marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning, category strategies, and portfolio priorities in the confectionery FMCG sector. * Lead new business development initiatives, including the selection, onboarding, and development of distributor and networks across export markets. * Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing commercial teams * Proven ability and ambition to lead an international sales organization within an FMCG or confectionery environment.
