In this role, you will primarily support the Belgian and Luxemburg legal entities while also contributing to the broader needs across the Europe North Human Resources Organisation. Represent HR in compliance and governance committees and collaborate with including Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and Legal. The ideal candidate will be highly process-oriented and possess a strong understanding of local labor laws and consultation requirements. Experience in managing reorganizations and ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks is essential for success in this position.
