In this role, you will primarily support the Belgian and Luxemburg legal entities while also contributing to the broader needs across the Europe North Human Resources Organisation. Maintain and update HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor law and other relevant regulations. Represent HR in compliance and governance committees and collaborate with including Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and Legal. Experience in managing reorganizations and ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks is essential for success in this position.
