The role is a junior social law position (0-1 year experience) where you will advise members on employment law matters while being closely coached by the Head of Legal acting as your mentor. * Advise members on individual employment law matters (termination, compensation, inspections, disputes, wellbeing, etc.) * Work on collective labour law topics (collective agreements, social dialogue, elections, etc.) * Master's degree in Law (recent graduate or max. 1 year experience) * Strong interest in employment & social law * A strong learning school in social law
