Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Barry Callebaut Belgium HR team, including maintaining HR documentation, tracking actions, and organizing digital files * Providing organizational support for social relations meetings (works council, trade union representation): agenda, keeping track of meeting minutes, * Own and/or support ad-hoc projects and initiatives across different HR functions (e.g., talent, learning, operations, wellbeing). * Support HR-led campaigns and events on topics such as diversity & inclusion, mental health or team-building activities. * Responsible for internal HR communication in Wieze and support in communication for all other sites across Barry Callebaut Belgium
