As a Business Development Manager, you are part of our Sales organization. * Building sustainable relationships and partnerships, acting as a strategic sparring partner who understands the customer's needs and ambitions to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. * Increasing the share of wallet through strategic deployment of our solutions (e.g., social secretariat, consulting, outsourcing, HR services). * Developing relationships with network partners. * Experience in strategic business development & account management. * Relevant knowledge of multiple HR expertise domains (a plus).
