In this role, you ensure that all recurring finance and HR processes are executed correctly, on time, and without the need for follow-up. You are responsible for the day-to-day execution and follow-up of finance and HR administration. You work closely with external (, payroll provider), and internally you make sure everything runs as it should. HR administration * Manage administration (contracts, payroll input, absences, etc.) * Work closely with the social secretariat / payroll provider * Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions * Ensure HR processes are correct and compliant * Familiar with the Belgian context (VAT, payroll, social secretariat)
