Increasing customer value (share of wallet) through farming, cross- and upselling our Partena Professional solutions, including services such as outsourcing, consultancy, or other products the customer does not yet have. * Increasing the share of wallet through strategic deployment of our solutions (e.g., social secretariat, consulting, outsourcing, HR services). The diversity of our teams is what makes our services so powerful. As a Business Development Manager, you are part of our Sales organization. You transform customers into true ambassadors of Partena Professional. * Working with account plans to increase the long-term value of customers. * Contributing to actions to commercialize products/services. * Strong experience within a sales organization, preferably in B2B services. * Relevant knowledge of multiple HR expertise domains (a plus). * Perfect knowledge of Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of French (B1).
