Je bepaalt welke services lokaal worden aangeboden en analyseert de impact daarvan op marktpotentieel en marges. * Je hebt een master in engineering en/of economie, aangevuld met 10 jaar ervaring in een industriële B2B-omgeving met focus op aftermarket. * Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans of Duits is een plus. * Een nieuwe sleutelfunctie in een markt en service-omgeving met veel potentieel, waarbij je in contact komt met alle facetten van de business.
Je realiseert je plannen met een team bestaande uit een Projects, Head of Aftermarket Sales, Technisch-Commerciële medewerkers en Order Processors. Vanuit een goed begrip van de business en sterk stakeholdermanagement, stimuleer je de verkoop, service, klantondersteuning en het volledige order-to-cash-proces voor spare parts, onderhoudsdiensten, upgrades en technische inspecties.
