Lead the launch and growth of a high‑impact EV charging platform across Belgium and Luxembourg. As part of their international expansion, they are now appointing a Country Manager to build and lead the BeLux market. * Build a deep understanding of drivers, barriers, competitors, and user/company behaviors to inform strategic decisions. * Boost usage of the mobile app and charging access solution through creative, locally relevant activation. * Partner with Marketing & Sales to build a solid lead generation engine and qualify opportunities. * Be the operational link between market needs and central teams (Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing, CS). * Become the face of the company in the BeLux market: attend events, engage communities, and expand visibility. * Identify organizational needs as the market grows and contribute to planning a future local team (Sales, Marketing, etc.).
