Je speelt een sleutelrol in het voorkomen van out-of-stock situaties en het vermijden van boetes. Wanneer out-of-stocks zich toch voordoen, zorg je voor duidelijke en tijdige communicatie over beschikbaarheidsdata - zowel intern als richting klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met: * de lange termijn productieplanner voor afstemming van beschikbaarheden, * het logistieke team voor insourcing van extern geproduceerde goederen, * QA voor vrijgave van producten, * de KAMs en Demand Planner voor commerciële en forecastgerelateerde input, * en je bent een vaste waarde binnen het Front Office team. * Je zorgt voor duidelijke en tijdige communicatie bij out-of-stock situaties, inclusief correcte beschikbaarheidsdata richting interne teams en klanten.
