Purpose of the Role • Train and coach employees and Franchise candidates in new and existing stores at the operational level • Perform STAR Report/FSE visits and train/guide stores on operational performance • Several years of experience working in a QSR environment • Valid driver's license - you will often be visiting stores, so you will be covering every corner of Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands • Able to identify operational issues and think and act • Informal work atmosphere—with a slice of pizza here and there
