This is a key, all-round role combining office management, support, legal, HR and property-related administration. * Organization of meetings, corporate documentation and general administration * Management of internal databases (company cars, badges) and coordination with leasing partners * Supporting the (lease registrations, KYC documentation, powers of attorney) * Supporting the Property Management team (helpdesk, administrative tasks, data entry and classification) * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) * Exposure to multiple departments (Legal, HR, Property, Management) A great opportunity for someone looking for a diverse and hands-on position at the heart of an organization.
