As a Business Development Manager, you are part of our Sales organization. * Increasing customer value (share of wallet) through farming, cross- and upselling our Partena Professional solutions, including services such as outsourcing, consultancy, or other products the customer does not yet have. You transform customers into true ambassadors of Partena Professional. * Increasing the share of wallet through strategic deployment of our solutions (e.g., social secretariat, consulting, outsourcing, HR services). * Working with account plans to increase the long-term value of customers. * Active collaboration with internal teams such as consultants, payroll experts, marketing, HR, and business stakeholders. * Relevant knowledge of multiple HR expertise domains (a plus). * Perfect knowledge of Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of French (B1). * Possibility of teleworking and flexible working hours
