As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in translating business objectives into targeted, data-driven CRM campaigns. * You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, casino, or a similar data-driven environment - You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and technical teams to support Bingoal's growth. * Collaborating closely with data, product and technical teams to leverage customer insights and improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance * You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to drive decisions and measure impact * You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, data, and technical teams
