The QA Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, customer requirements, Kosher/Halal, sustainability norms) within their assigned zone of the Halle production site. The role ensures validation and verification of the HACCP plan, drives corrective and preventive actions, manages customer complaints and supports continuous improvement of product quality. * Develop procedures, work instructions, forms and training materials in line with FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher, Halal and sustainability standards. * Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher/Halal, sustainability).
