Provide general support to the Spare Parts Supply Chain Officer with due follow up: Ensuring optimal performance across spare part procurement, replenishment and inventory control * Provide general support to other projects whenever required - For the Service after Sales Team based in the European Head office in Belgium (Oudenaarde), Samsonite is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant. You will work closely together with the Customer service teams in our local offices, but also with our repair centers and the logistics department, and with the central IT/Digital team, with the aim to ensure smooth operations.
