The Belgian site has around thirty employees and is built on a strong service culture, hands-on field expertise, close customer relationships and continuous skills development. * Organising and coordinating the activities of a team of six sales managers in Belgium and the Netherlands. * Leading by example: supporting your teams in the field during client visits and demonstrations. * Actively prospecting new clients and nurturing your existing portfolio (around four days/week on the field), mainly within sectors such as cement, steel, metallurgy, oil & gas, heavy industry, aviation, port operations and defence. * Operating primarily on-site and in the field; remote work remains exceptional. * You have proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager or Maintenance Manager in a technically demanding environment (defence, aeronautics, metallurgy, cement, energy, heavy infrastructure…).
