Als IT Services Costing & Sourcing Strategy Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van een strategie om de IT-kosten en -middelen van de MIVB onder controle te houden. * Je implementeert een beleid voor budgetcontrole- en monitoring en je zet een aanpak op om het beheer van de budgetten bij de service verantwoordelijken te professionaliseren en aan te moedigen. * Je bepaalt en voert een roadmap uit voor de invoering van Technology Business Management (TBM of gelijkaardig) concepten, met als doel de efficiëntie van IT-oplossingen te verbeteren, de toegevoegde waarde te meten en de transparantie tussen Finance, Business en IS te versterken. * Je staat in voor de 3-jaarlijkse Financiële Planning waarbij je de ressources en kosten in kaart brengt, analyseert en deze projecteert op midden en lange termijn, teneinde een optimaal en duurzaam IT-budgetbeleid te garanderen.
