Vous coordonnez les activités quotidiennes, encadrez les et veillez au respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et d'environnement. * Superviser et le travail des équipes sur le terrain * Être le point de contact pour les employés et les visiteurs * Maintenir l'ordre, la structure et une ambiance de travail positive * Prendre des initiatives et gérer les imprévus de manière autonome * Vous disposez de connaissances démontrées dans le secteur des déchets ou un secteur connexe (idéalement ± 5 ans d'expérience) * Vous communiquez de manière claire, professionnelle et respectueuse * Vous êtes médicalement apte pour un poste de sécurité
