You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and technical teams to support Bingoal's growth. As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in translating business objectives into targeted, data-driven CRM campaigns. * Defining and executing the CRM strategy for Sports and Casino, aligned with overall marketing and business objectives * You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, casino, or a similar data-driven environment * You have hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms; experience with Optimove is a strong plus * You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, data, and technical teams
