In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM strategies to drive player engagement, retention, and value across our Sportsbook and Casino products. As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in translating business objectives into targeted, data-driven CRM campaigns. * You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, casino, or a similar data-driven environment * You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to drive decisions and measure impact * You are business-minded, results-driven, and continuously look for ways to improve customer engagement and value
