Een certificatie in project management (bv. Prince 2) is een pluspunt - Om ons team in onze hoofdzetel te Brussel te versterken, zoeken wij momenteel een enthousiaste en ervaren PMO Officer. Als ASTRID PMO officer maakt u deel uit van de afdeling 'Technology Strategy Office' en bent u verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van het projectbeheer in de ASTRID-organisatie en het coachen van de ASTRID medewerker.
Als PMO Manager ondersteun je de organisatie bij het realiseren van haar strategische doelstellingen door het opzetten, coördineren en optimaliseren van een matuur en uniform project-, product- en programmabeheer. In deze context fungeer je als spilfiguur tussen de verschillende betrokken actoren (directie, decentrale PMO's, experten, projectmanagers, sponsors,…). • Decentrale PMO's, IT Coordinators van de diensten, projectmanagers en sponsors ondersteunen bij de identificatie, voorbereiding, uitvoering en afsluiting van projecten. • Een Community of Practice organiseren voor projectmanagers, product owners en PMO's van de diensten. * Smals * Brussel * Vast contract, onbepaalde tijd * Thuiswerken mogelijk, Voltijds - Solliciteer als één van de eersten - Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg.
