Je behandelt en coördineert alle binnenkomende verzoeken en zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele opvolging. * Je registreert incidenten en coördineert de verdere opvolging met interne en internationale ondersteuningsteams. * Je zorgt voor een correcte en overzichtelijke registratie van alle klantcommunicatie. * Je plant en coördineert de werkzaamheden van de , inclusief oproepdiensten, projecten en onderhoud. * Je beheert de agenda en plant afspraken in bij klanten.
