As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers who focus on tooling, workflows, and infrastructure that streamline the developer experience. * Drive delivery of tools, workflows, and platform improvements that elevate the developer experience across the Engineering organization * Contribute to the evolution of the engineering team culture, technical standards, and organizational processes * 3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams in an agile environment * 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, combining strong backend (Node.js) and frontend (React) x§skills with a background in platform, infrastructure, or developer productivity domains
