Manage and prioritise preventive and corrective maintenance requests across stores and Head Office, ensuring high‑quality execution through strong planning and organisation. * Maintain daily communication with service providers to build strong relationships, clarify requirements, and improve results—while ensuring alignment with stores and Head Office teams. * Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a maintenance department, ideally within the retail, hospitality, entertainment sector or a specialised agency. * Outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to work confidently with stores, suppliers, and internal departments.
