Als ASTRID PMO officer maakt u deel uit van de afdeling 'Technology Strategy Office' en bent u verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van het projectbeheer in de ASTRID-organisatie en het coachen van de ASTRID medewerker.
Het organiseren van 'lessons learned' sessies uit de verschillende projecten en dit vertalen naar een verbeteringstraject aan het project management proces, aan de goede praktijken en aan de onderliggende templates en modellen - De PMO officer begeleidt de kandidaat project bij de initiatie van het project, van scope definitie tot de inschatting van de resource behoeftes. * Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Project Management, bij voorkeur in de Telco of ICT sector. Als supply chain manager divisie zorg jij voor een duidelijke roadmap voor alle supply chainprojecten binnen Fine Food. Als supply chain manager kan je die change mee uittekenen. Met een efficiënte supply chain, eigen productiesites en uitgebreide ondersteunende diensten zoals IT, Data & Analytics, Call Center, HR en Marketing, behoren we tot de grootste private werkgevers van het land. * Jij werkt de supply chain roadmap uit voor jouw divisie binnen Fine Food. * Je analyseert de supply chain en optimaliseert waar nodig: procesoptimalisatie, workforce planning, werkmethoden, …. Zo verhoog je de meerwaarde van Fine Food in de hele supply chain keten van Colruyt Group. * Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vakmanschap op vlak van supply chain binnen de divisie.
